Cleanly is an app for optimizing Windows PCs, offered through the cleanlytweaks.com website. You can contact us at cleanlytweaks@outlook.com or on our Discord server.

Licence payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record. The sale contract for the licence is concluded through Paddle, and Cleanly is the software provider.

These terms form an agreement between you and Cleanly. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app or the website.

To use certain features (account, licence, download) you must have full legal capacity and comply with applicable laws.

You can create an account with email and password, or through Discord/Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

Email confirmation is required before you can sign in. You can request deletion of your account at cleanlytweaks@outlook.com.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Cleanly, according to the plan you chose. A licence is tied to your account and can be activated on a limited number of devices, indicated at purchase.

Activations are permanent for that device and, as a rule, cannot be moved. For special situations (a replaced PC, a hardware failure) you can contact us.

You may not resell, rent, distribute, decompile or bypass the app's technical measures, nor use the licence beyond the limits of your plan.

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable; the final amount and taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout, based on your location. Payment is one-time, with no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Delivery is digital and immediate: once payment is confirmed, the licence is available in your account and the app can be downloaded from the Download section.

Cleanly is digital content delivered immediately. The legal right of withdrawal applies only before the licence is activated; upon activation it lapses under GEO 34/2014, because you expressly request immediate provision of the digital content.

The Cleanly app, the website, the code, texts, logos and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Cleanly or its licensors. We grant you only the right of use described above.

You agree to use the app and website lawfully, not to disrupt the services, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to use the product to harm others.

Cleanly changes operating-system settings. Although every optimization is reversible and we create restore points before risky changes, you are responsible for keeping backups of your important data.

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Cleanly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for data loss resulting from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the statutory guarantee of conformity toward consumers.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any complaints can first be addressed to cleanlytweaks@outlook.com.
